Crock Pot Cheeseburgers are the marriage of a cheeseburger and a sloppy joe. It’s the low-fat best of both worlds.
Crock Pot Cheeseburgers

10 Servings. Old points 4 pts per serving/5 pts per serving with sandwich thin.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs 90% lean/10% fat raw ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product
2 Tbsp fat-free skim milk
1 medium green pepper(s)
1 cup onion(s)
2 clove garlic clove(s)
10 sandwich buns/sandwich thins
Directions:
Brown ground beef with garlic and green pepper until cooked in skillet. Drain.
Combine cooked meat and all remaining ingredients in crock pot.
Mix well and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Serve by spooning into buns/sandwich thins.
